ConnectNC System Status

Thanks for visiting our system status page.  The system status button located at the top right corner of our website at https://www.connectnc.com. If the button is green, then there are no issues that we are currently aware of.  If the button is yellow, there is an ongoing issue that is sporadic.  If the button is red, there is an outage.  Full details are found on this page.

For the foreseeable future, ConnectNC staff will not be making in-home or office visits to our customers. We will also not be taking any appointments in our office in Southern Pines. We have instructed our staff to work from home until further notice.
During this time, we can still provide remote support. Should you need help, we will ask you to go to https://fastsupport.gotoassist.com/ so that we may access your PC. It’s necessary that you know how to use your computer well enough to download and install an app before we can help you.

We are not be able to provide remote assistance for smart phone and tablet issues.
