RESOLVED. There is currently an issue involving CenturyLink circuits. We have reached a member of the regular residential DSL support team in Orlando, FL, but have been advised that the engineers are not on site today, due to Hurricane Irma. They are not able to reach the engineers we need at this time, but we are continuing to call to badger them until they find someone to resolve our issue.
