Login to your cPanel hosting control panel.
Once logged in, use the search window to find “backup.” You will see this screen. Click “Backup.”
Next, click on “Download a Full Website Backup.”
Next, click on “Generate Backup.”
Next, click “Back.”
Now you should see a link for downloading the backup you just created. If the backup is still in progress, please return to that page in a short while. The larger your website, the longer it will take.
