- First, check your spam folder. ?Your computer's security software may have moved the message to the spam folder in your mail program. ?It may also be caught by an external spam filtering service, if you have one. ?
Search your spam folder or quarantine for the message. ?Make sure your anti-virus's spam filter isn't discarding the message or moving it to another folder. - Ask the sender if their message bounced back to them. If it did, ask them to tell you the details of the bounce message. They can be very specific, so please get all of the details.
- Ask the sender to report the matter to his or her ISP, so they can check their outbound email log to show whether the message was received by one of our servers or not. We cannot troubleshoot further without knowing that the sender's ISP has verified that the message has been delivered to one of our servers. ?Their logs will show the event.?
Please allow at least 48 hours for us to trace any messages that have been verified delieverd to your account by the sender's ISP.
