    Update - Sunday, 7/30/2017 2:10 PM: ?Tunnel is once again down. ?CenturyLink support notified by phone at 2:13 PM.


    Update - 11:15 AM: ?CenturyLink has applied a software update which appears to have resolved the issue.?

    Some DSL subsribers have been affected by a hardware issue that's being investigated by CenturyLink. ?Service has been sporadic for those DSL subscribers. ?We apologize for the trouble, and know it is terribly inconvenient and frustrating. ? According to CenturyLink, their engineers and infrastructure team are working on the issues, which is due to a hardware problem on their network. ?They are considering hardware replacement, and will keep us informed as developments occur.
