Some DSL subscribers affected by CL issue (Reported)

  • Update - Monday, 7/31/2017 11:23 PM:   Service is stable.

    Update - Sunday, 7/30/2017 2:10 PM:  Tunnel is once again down.  CenturyLink support notified by phone at 2:13 PM.


    Update - 11:15 AM:  CenturyLink has applied a software update which appears to have resolved the issue.

    Some DSL subsribers have been affected by a hardware issue that's being investigated by CenturyLink.  Service has been sporadic for those DSL subscribers.  We apologize for the trouble, and know it is terribly inconvenient and frustrating.   According to CenturyLink, their engineers and infrastructure team are working on the issues, which is due to a hardware problem on their network.  They are considering hardware replacement, and will keep us informed as developments occur.
