To release messages that are in your quarantine you can use the release button that is in the email or you may do the following:

Go to mail.connectnc.com Log in with your email address and your password.  Click on the quarantine tab. Select the message that you would like to release and you may choose to do release only or release and report as legitimate email. 

If you would like to whitelist the person the email address you may go to mail.connectnc.com Log in with your email address and password. Click on Settings and then click on Email Filtering. Click on trusted senders. Type in the email address of the person that you would like to whitelist and click add.
