Legitimate Emails Are Being Blocked in the Quarantine

If you find legitimate messages are being blocked in the Quarantine Report you can do the following:

  1. Go to http://mail.connectnc.com
  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Click on Quarantine
  4. Find and check the messages that are being blocked and under Select Action choose Release and report and Legitimate Email
  5. Click on Settings
  6. Click on Email Filtering
  7. Click on Trusted Senders
  8. Add in the persons email address so in the future the Quarantine Reports know not to block any messages from that address
  9. Once you are done be sure to click Logoff

If the messages continue to get blocked you may want to lower your spam settings to see if that helps. ?To do so you will do the following:

  1. Go to?http://mail.connectnc.com
  2. Log in with your email address and password
  3. Click on settings
  4. Click on email filtering
  5. Click on spam
  6. Here you can adjust the spam filter level as well as what happens to items that will be quaratined
  7. Once you are done be sure to click logoff
