Go to our webmail server and enter your username and password. This will allow you to view, send, and delete e-mail from the server, using your web browser.

How can I forward my mail or create an autoresponder?

To create an auto responder

1. Log into web mail using your email address and password
2. Once in webmail click the settings tab
3. Click on vacation
4. Click on Enable auto reply
5. Select only once to each sender (prevents people emailing you from getting the same response over and over)
6. You can also select Reply only if original message is sent to me (this means the sender will only get the auto response if your name is in the to field
7. Include original message in auto-reply sends a copy of what they sent you back to them
8. Type in a message

To forward your mail to a different account
1. Log into web mail using your email address and password
2. Once in webmail click the settings tab
3. Under the general tab beside Forward mail to: Type in the email address that you want mail forwarded to. Be careful if you type the wrong address -- messages will not arrive at the proper destination.

Click Logoff to exit webmail.

How do I set my From and Reply-to address to be @pinehurst.net in WebMail?

Login to webmail using your username
Click on the Settings folder.
Click on the sidebar Options.
Enter Your name that will appear in sent emails.
Enter your username@pinehurst.net as the reply to address.
Click Save Settings.

Now when you create email the from and reply address will be @pinehurst.net.  Every time you login to webmail, you will need to enter your username@pinehurst.net or your from will default to @connectnc.net.  Basically, what you login to webmail with will be your from and reply to address
