Please contact us when any of these situations exists:
- You cannot connect to ConnectNC’s DSL or dialup or stay connected.
- You can connect to the ConnectNC’s DSL or dialup, but are unable to surf the Internet or send/receive e-mail.
- You cannot connect to your web site hosted with ConnectNC for FTP or for email
Technicians cannot help you with printing, sound or any software applications other than popular web browsers and mail programs. However, customers have the option for premium support in person with an appointment rather than using the free tech support. It is $35 per call or visit up to 15 minutes paid in advance with a credit card. This is for more of a consulting based call, or for information that is not related to normal free support.
