Residential DSL

Residential DSL is for a client’s primary residence and offered at a lesser rate that Business DSL. In general, residences have fewer computer systems in the home resulting in lower bandwidth usage. All DSL contracts are for one year, require a bank draft or credit card for monthly payments and have an early termination fee of $100 plus all equipment must be returned. Please see billing policies. Reactivation Fee of $75 applies if account unpaid after the 6th of the month. Clients must notify ConnectNC at least 2 weeks prior to termination to avoid being charged for an additional month.

Costs are higher because businesses tend to use more bandwidth and have multiple computer systems requiring additional setup time and equipment. All DSL contracts are for one year, require a bank draft or credit card for monthly payments and have an early termination fee of $100 plus all equipment must be returned. Client’s must notify ConnectNC at least 2 weeks prior to termination to avoid being charged for an additional month. At anytime, a client can request to upgrade their service without having to extend their contract.
