ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) is a system of digital phone connections that allows data to be transmitted using digital connectivity. ConnectNC offers Dial-Up ISDN service to residents in any area where Embarq lines are available.

ISDN Services
With our ISDN services, you have the ability to choose between a 64K and a 128K or higher connection speed, depending on your individual needs.

ConnectNC, Inc. supplies you with an ISDN connection only. To begin your service you must:

1. Contact your local phone company to place an order for an ISDN line.

2. Purchase and install an ISDN modem or router (The ISDN modem or router can be purchased from a local computer store or online. Please contact the manufacturer of the modem or router for configuration and installation assistance as ConnectNC, Inc. does not support this equipment. (Support can be purchased through our computer solutions department which will result in additional fees.)
