Business Response Time for down system maximum 3 business hours - During Business hours. After 2pm, request will be processed by 9am the next business day. ConnectNC, Inc makes no guarantees that your issue will be resolved within your response time due to different degrees of severity. Enterprise Response Time for down system maximum 1 business hour - During Business hours. After 2pm, request will be processed by 9am the next business day. ConnectNC, Inc makes no guarantees that your issue will be resolved within your response time due to different degrees of severity. Business Support clients in need of additional hours beyond their allotted time will be billed at our current labor rates discounted by 10%. Enterprise Support clients in need of additional hours beyond their allotted time will be billed at our current labor rates discounted by 13%. Schedules requested work by customer is required to be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Support required beyond normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) please add $50/hour in addition to the hours in the support plan.
